A patented shear thickening fluid is embedded into a foam pad that remains flexible until the moment of impact. Then for an instant it becomes hard, absorbing the shock and within the same moment returns to a soft state ready for the next impact. The material is washable, natural, biodegradable and unmatched in its ability to absorb shocks while remaining flexible. A soft cup...you betcha.
